Chair Yoga for Adults

Join us on Saturday, May 2 at 11:00 am for Chair Yoga with instructor Jessy Lynn Ostara! This program will be held on the first Saturday of the month from January – May 2026.

This is a one-time class that will give you an introduction to Chair Yoga. Chair yoga offers all of the benefits of yoga without the need to get down to (and up from) the floor. Yoga postures are adapted for practicing seated or standing using the chair for support when needed. You will be guided through yoga postures and breathing/relaxation techniques with a focus on releasing tension, improving flexibility, and creating mindfulness.

All levels welcome, no prior experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement.

This program is free, open to the public, and no registration is required.
